Organize client deliverables and deliverable schedules: includes requesting appraisal bids, keeping timing calendar, maintaining invoice lists, and corresponding with external appraisers to ensure timely receipt.
Upload data and maintain working knowledge of internal DataExchange and DataBridge systems for uploading and downloading information and scheduling assets.
Download data out of database systems and Argus cash flow models and learn Maintain asset valuation summaries in Excel (client deliverable) with complete accuracy.
Assist with preparation and drafting of third-party engagement letters.
Other support tasks, as requested by members of a client account team.
University or college degree in business, real estate, administration or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in administration or real estate is an asset (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficient in excel, word, outlook and Microsoft office.
Ability to proactively communicate (i.e. when behind on deliverables or seeking assistance).
Experience working independently or within a team environment setting in a professional or academic setting.
Open to remote or hybrid (Atlanta, Chicago, New York)

Altus Group is currently looking for a new Client Support Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will assist an account team in the daily administration of a client account, including: scheduling, document management, client deliverable preparation.
