What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work closely with clients via Zoom, email, and phone to assist with event management and ticketing systems
- Resolve issues and requests from event hosts and ticket buyers with empathy
- Meet and exceed client service level agreements
- Identify process optimization and improvements for customer success flows
- Assist with reporting and monitor client chargeback activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Minimum of 1 year of account management experience
- Strong understanding of technology and its efficient use in assisting clients
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of the Ticketing or Live Event industry
- Experience working in a Box Office
