      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work closely with clients to assist them with event management, ticket sales, and reporting
      - Resolve issues and requests from event hosts and ticket buyers with empathy and efficiency
      - Ensure client service level agreements are met and exceeded
      - Identify process optimization and improvements to enhance the support experience
      - Provide support for Universe and TicketWeb web portals, including client onboarding and maintenance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, customer service, or sales
      - Minimum of 1 year of account management experience, considering individual client needs
      - Strong understanding of technology and its efficient use in assisting clients
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
      - Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of the Ticketing or Live Event industry
      - Experience working in a Box Office
