What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field incoming calls from clients and their employees
- Assist with ordering ID cards
- Complete enrollment elections
- Provide claims assistance and resolution support
- Record calls updating elections or beneficiaries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Customer service experience
- Strong speaking/writing skills
- Desktop computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Call center experience is preferred but not required
