      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to and resolve production application system issues for clients via phone and ticketing
      - Analyze custom product configurations to enhance performance or functionality
      - Escalate and engage other support groups as necessary to meet service targets
      - Document production support issues for root cause analysis and management reporting
      - Onboard new clients while working to upgrade new releases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or technical equivalent with relevant experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of Client Support experience
      - Flexibility in work hours, including participation in an on-call rotation
      - Strong analytical and technical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving
      - Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Customer service experience in a bank, credit union, or financial institution
      - Experience with SQL and SQL servers
      - Proven troubleshooting and strong problem-solving skills
