      Compensation includes a base salary of $53,200.00 - $79,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

      Job Description

      The Client Trainer II will plan, coordinate, schedule, and present training on Dealertrack RTS products using various delivery mechanisms, instructor-lead webinars, and in-person/ online instruction. The training team member must be able to communicate technical information to users in non-technical and clear terms. Partner with the Content Development team to prepare online and written training materials. Perform monthly statistical analysis on clients’ utilization of Dealertrack services. Develop a plan of action for accounts requiring additional support, training consultation services, and consult with account personnel to recommend process changes that will ensure clients' compliance with state DMV rules and regulations.

      What You'll Do

      • Perform ini tial onsite and web-based product training for customers on the use of the Online Registration System (OLRS), and the RegUSA web portal.

      • Present additional product trainings for existing users in order to drive product utilization.

      • Create eLearning training content .

      • Administrative tasks; recording activities & maintaining current status of installation assignments .

      • Maintain knowledge of standard operation p rocedures and company practices. Conduct follow-up product train ing for customers as required.

      • Perform follow-up calls and on-site visits to customers .

      • Assess clients current workflow and develop process change plans in order to incorporate Dealertrack applications into clie nts current operating process.

      • Work with Business Development Teams to help identif y new product development.

      • Identify “At-Risk” clients and develop a retention plan.

      • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with Strategic clients, to include follow-up calls, on-site visits and timely meetings.

      • Maintain client interaction in Salesforce, to include logging emails, calls and project tasks .

      Who You Are

      Minimum

      • BS/BA with 2 years’ related work experience, OR MS and up to 2 years’ related work experience OR 6 years’ related work experience with no degree.

      • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel . Extensive driving is required . Trips may include overnight stays and air travel.

      • 2 or more years of experience as a Technical Training Specialist.

      • Experience delivering training using web-based tools (Teams, Zoom, GoTo, WebEx, etc).

      • Ability to independently manage projects with a proven track record of managing multiple deliverables .

      • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint , Salesforce, SharePoint.

      • Ability to learn and educate users on DMV business rules and regulation and to maintain current with state SOP changes, mandates, and legislation.

      • Must have the proven ability to write and chart process/workflow, reports, manuals, and w r ite papers that explain technical ideas in simple language .

      Preferred

      • Experience with Wikis, and Learning Management Systems and Knowledge base systems preferred.

      • Excellent writing skills, technical writing experience preferred .

      • Experience with computer setup and assembly preferred.

      • Automotive retail experience, F&I. or title and registration experience preferred.

      Working conditions

      • Travel Requirements: Up to 75%

      • Must be available for a flexible schedule, including frequent regional travel and regular overnight stays, occasional travel to corporate offices, driving an average of 2,500 miles per month.
