Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA is seeking a Clinic Analytics Coordinator. The Clinic Analytics Coordinator assists with the development, management, and maintenance of the clinical electronic health record (EHR) software, providing information to stakeholders through reports and visual analytics/dashboards.

Respsonsibilities include:

• Maintain the EHR as the System Administrator:
  • User management.
  • Ticket (troubleshoot) management.
  • User’s Manual.
  • Software updates.
  • Portal/Kiosk.
  • Other.
• Develop, collect, and analyze Clinic Affairs’ data.
• Report accurate data through visual analytics/dashboards and data reports for Clinic Affairs.
• Advance the EHR system through structured data design/build and development of new and existing EHR system features for Quality Patient Care.
• Support the training of Clinic faculty, staff, and students on the Clinic EHR (eClinicalWorks) system.
• Ensure adherence to federal requirements governing protected health information.
• Maintain knowledge of current laws/regulations governing Clinic Affairs.
• Ensure adherence to all confidentiality and security standards.
• Serve on appointed committees, task forces, and other teams

Qualifications

• Associate degree required – a combination of education and experience within health care and an electronic health records system (EHR) preferred.
• eClinicalWorks experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Experience with MS Office 365’s group of applications, primarily focused on PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Microsoft PowerBI application experience
• Ability to navigate and extract information from the EHR.
• Ability to apply guidelines, policies, and procedures to daily work.
• Willingness to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform assigned duties with time pressures and frequent interruptions and multi-task.
