      ZoomCare is seeking a Clinic Associate to join our team. The Clinic Associate is responsible for delivering the Perfect Visit experience in one or more of the following service lines: Daily Care, Family Medicine, Mental Health, Women's Health, Dermatology, and Podiatry. This can include scheduling appointments, updating medical records, checking patients in and out for appointments, performing blood draws, processing labs, and maintaining inventory.
      SCHEDULE AND TRAINING
      • ZoomCare West Seattle: Wednesday: 12:45am-6:30pm, Thursday/Friday: 7:30am-6:30am, Saturday: 8:30am-6:30pm
      • Clinic Positions require you attend 3-4 weeks of training. The first week will be at our Bellevue location and partially remote. The remaining weeks of training will include traveling to multiple clinics in the area.u00A0
      • Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional and mandatory training requirements that are outside the regular shift hours.

      • Check patients in and out for appointments.
      • Schedule new appointments as needed.
      • Process patient payments.
      • Educate patients on how to navigate their ZoomCare medical record.
      • Maintain patientu2019s demographic and insurance information.
      • Perform blood draws and finger sticks while adhering to all written laboratory standards.
      • Process collected specimens and document results.
      • Maintain supply inventory; order, receive, and store supplies.
      • Work with and maintain some basic medical equipment.
      • Provide emergency care to patients when necessary.
      • Support medical providers as needed.
      • Ensure the clinic remains clean and neat.
      • Other duties as assigned.
      QUALIFICATIONS u00A0u00A0
      • High school diploma or GED equivalent; bacheloru2019s degree preferred.
      • 1+u00A0 year of healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
      • Able to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
      • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, AthenaOne, and other relevant software applications.
      • Excel in a fast-paced work environment, thriving under pressure and time constraints.
      • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from a recognized and reputable organization (e.g., American Heart Association, Red Cross) or the ability to obtain one within 1 month of hire.
      • Ability to complete ZoomCareu2019s phlebotomy training program within six months of hire.
      • Must be able to obtain a Medical Assistant - Phlebotomist license within 6 months of hire.
      • Vaccinated against COVID-19, Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), and TD/TDAP.u00A0
      • Must be able to obtain a Medical Assistant - registered license within 1 month of hire.u00A0
      • Preferred: Current licensure/cerification as a Certified Medical Assistant, Clinical Medical Assistant, National Certified Medical Assistant Certification or prior experience as a Medical Assistant - Registered.u00A0u00A0

      • Frequent walking, sitting, standing, and reaching overhead.
      • Occasional crouching, kneeling, and bending.
      • Prolonged periods of standing/sitting and working at a computer.
      • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at time.
      • Ability to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
      • Patient volume may often require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
      • Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
      • Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
      • Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
      • Ability to beu00A0fit tested and wear a respirator, when required.
      • Must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
