What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take inbound calls and provide efficient and prompt responses to patient inquiries
- Cultivate positive and productive patient relationships
- Utilize system policies and procedures to meet patient needs and facilitate solutions to problems
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and communicating with providers
- Facilitate daily care for patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience or training with computer applications
- One (1) year experience or training in a similar position preferred
- Experience or training with medical/insurance terminology preferred
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or training as a customer service representative in a healthcare-related service
