      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls and provide prompt, efficient responses to patient inquiries
      - Assist patients in scheduling appointments and communicating with their healthcare providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent

      - Familiarity with medical and insurance terminology preferred
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
