  Job Summary:

  This leadership role is essential in directing clinical operations, fostering efficient workflows, cultivating high-performing teams, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience within a dynamic, multi-specialty environment. The Clinic Manager will lead the daily operations of a diverse array of specialty services—including general surgery, plastic surgery, ENT, audiology, gastroenterology, urology, allergy, podiatry, infectious disease, rheumatology, and dermatology.

  This individual will be responsible for overseeing the site’s day-to-day clinical operations and specialty-based departments, providing strategic leadership to the clinical team. Key responsibilities include monitoring and refining patient and clinic workflows to ensure effective, high-quality, and cost-efficient care delivery. Additional duties may be assigned to support evolving organizational needs.

  EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

  A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a clinical setting where leadership, competence and expertise in ambulatory care has been demonstrated, OR 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting is required.

  EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business, or related field is required; in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree a minimum of 7 years of Healthcare Administration experience is required. Bachelors degree is preferred.

  SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

  Proven management skills are essential. Delegates effectively. Demonstrates reliability, maintains confidentiality. Has the temperament for dealing with people who are ill and need help. Strong interpersonal, leadership, team building and decision making capabilities to ensure effective and efficient operation of the clinic. Works effectively with leadership, physicians and staff within a complex medical center. Positive role model. Has the ability to set priorities, identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
