Responsibilities
The Clinic - Receptionist serves as telephone operator, greets patients, and makes sure that necessary paperwork is completed. The Clinic - Receptionist collects co-pays/deductibles as per company policy, schedules and reschedules patients' appointments per established protocols by provider, and serves as a primary customer service representative for the clinic. The Clinic - Receptionist completes other duties and special projects, as assigned or requested.
