What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist franchise owners, medical assistants, and internal team members with clinical and DNA-based laboratory tests
- Support the Product Management Director and Marketing Department with content creation for the company's website and social media
- Conduct Clinical and DNA Lab Test Training for new franchisees and medical assistants
- Maintain and update content within the Clinical and DNA Lab Testing sections of the Standard Operating Procedures Manual
- Develop and maintain relationships with clinical and DNA reference laboratories

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years clinical healthcare experience
- Education and leadership experience within the medical/healthcare industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in toxicology is desired but not required
