What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with application teams and subject matter experts to determine business needs and configure interfaces accordingly
- Coordinate interface-specific tasks such as testing, build, cut-over planning, and go-live activities
- Drive interoperability projects to ensure deadlines are met and results are achieved
- Monitor systems post-deployment for issues and facilitate resolutions as needed
- Develop knowledge of system capabilities to effectively support users and document their needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, computer sciences, information systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in clinical, business, or healthcare operational areas
- 3+ years of experience with clinical information management systems
- 2+ years of experience in workflow configuration within EHR/EMR applications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and willingness to travel up to 25%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with state public health departments or federal agencies
- Familiarity with medical terminology and vocabulary standards (e.g., SNOMED-CT, LOINC)
- Knowledge of agile implementation practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Master's degree in Business, Management, Public Health, or Health Informatics
