      The Clinical Application Manager (North America) shall oversee and direct a team of Clinical Application Physicists to deliver clinical sales support for the Commercial Team, with the objective of driving business growth. Furthermore, this position will collaborate with Commercial Leadership to establish commercial strategy for North America.

      Key Areas of Responsibility:

      • As a member of the Sales Leadership Team responsible for developing and implementing an effective commercial strategy for the US and Canadian Markets.

      • Manage a team of Clinical Application Physicists to optimally execute commercial strategy.

      • Efficiently supervise personnel to uphold a positive and accountable high-performance team culture.

      • Attend conferences, trade shows and marketing events as needed

      • Manage Clinical Application Physicist Team’s coverage of industry shows and marketing events.

      • Deliver dynamic and engaging presentations to customer stakeholders, focusing on clinical and financial aspects.

      • Guide and develop Clinical Application Physicist Team to develop/maintain dynamic and engaging presentation skill sets.

      • Provide clinical market guidance to the organization for non-commercial needs.

      • Provide feedback and guidance to optimize commercial/marketing event outcomes.

      • Document promptly customer related intel and activities in CRM (Salesforce).

      • Promptly follow-up with customers post meeting and presentations as needed.

      • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested occasionally.

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      • Master's in medical physics (minimum requirement)

      • (5) years clinical experience (minimum requirement)

      Preferred clinical experience type:

       Chief Medical Physicist for a multi-center radiation therapy group

       Working knowledge of staffing coverage and operational cost management

       Working knowledge developing proposals and financial justification to gain network-wide budgetary approval for scalable patient-safety solutions

       Working knowledge of capital and operational budgetary processes

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      • Strong and engaging presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively to an internal or external stakeholder group via phone/face-to-face

      • Strong technical aptitude, experience of web-based applications, comfortable with learning new technologies and industry standards

      • Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented, and possess strong time management skills. Able to manage many work streams simultaneously

      • Up to 50% travel required
