What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with facility and corporate clinical leadership to support and maintain applications aligned with clinical workflows
- Perform independent analysis of issues and determine solutions or coordinate with internal resources for support
- Proactively identify and configure application settings to enhance workflows and user experience
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and projects within the help desk system
- Communicate effectively with technical and clinical experts to define functional requirements for product enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Business, Informatics, or a related clinical field
- Minimum of three (3) years of prior clinical applications support and/or build experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to analyze processes and systems impacting organizational initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
