What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical instruction in radiation therapy treatment delivery using the RefleXion system
- Create training materials and deliver training to oncology professionals
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational regulations for radiation safety
- Enhance training materials and curriculum to reflect the latest developments in RefleXion products
- Support sales efforts at customer trade shows and marketing events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Radiation Oncology as a Radiation Therapist
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in radiation therapy field
- Ability to create training presentations and present in formal training situations
- Intermediate knowledge of business tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in Radiation Therapy from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with a variety of treatment machines and treatment planning systems
- Command of adult learning theory, classroom education, and digital training preferred
