- Graduate of an accredited program for medical office assistants or college degree in biological sciences.
- Prefer one year in medical office.
- Orthopedic experience preferred.
If CMA or RMA, individual must be registered or certified through one of the following national organizations:
--American Association of Medical Assistants ( AAMA ),
--National HealthCareer Association (NHA),
--American Registry of Medical Assistants ( ARMA )
--American Medical Technologists (AMT)If EMT, individual must possess Emergency Medical Technician certification
If ATC, individual must be board certified as Athletic Trainer

We are currently searching for a Clinical Assistant at our OrthoCarolina Spine Center location in Charlotte .
The Clinical Assistant is responsible for providing and coordinating orthopedic patient care which includes performing routine office procedures and testing, participating in patient teaching, communicating effectively with others, and assisting the physician/mid-level provider in the delivery of patient care.
