  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide clear, accurate, and timely technical and clinical information to clients and patients through various communication channels
  - Manage and triage clinical inquiries efficiently to ensure prompt resolution and maintain smooth workflow operations
  - Execute defined tasks within internal processes, driving operational excellence and addressing discrepancies as needed
  - Proactively track, audit, and manage cases through lab and reporting phases, ensuring alignment with quality standards
  - Engage in ongoing cross-functional collaboration to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  - 0+ years of experience in a relevant field
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly
  - Proficient in general computer skills and Microsoft Office suite
  - Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working in the healthcare industry preferred but not required
  - Customer service experience preferred but not required
  - Applicable experience in a related field preferred
