      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work with clinic staff and insurance companies to verify benefits and obtain necessary authorizations for treatment
      - Communicate with payors to clarify verification of benefits and maintain positive relationships
      - Submit and manage prior and re-authorizations as required by patient plans of care
      - Follow up with payors on the status of submitted authorizations and process appeals when necessary
      - Attend weekly clinic staffing meetings, either virtually or in person

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of medical clinical experience with an emphasis on workers' compensation
      - At least 1 year of general medical clinical experience
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills
      - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with insurance benefits and authorization processes
      - Experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
