The Travis team in particular is young adults. It is a fun team to be on. They are creative, funny and have a really good culture on the team. The team connects consistency and works together very closely. For many people this is a huge selling point. The remote work is also wonderful and I try to be as flexible as I can be. It’s a slower start with new hires, but as we move forward with integrity and performance the manager is as flexible as possible and that is a huge benefit to her team
