      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the in-house expert on registration in EPIC and ARIA systems
      - Assign daily work schedules and adjust tasks for coordinator staff
      - Verify insurance eligibility and determine patient liability
      - Prepare monthly productivity reports and conduct Quarterly Reviews for registration accuracy
      - Provide on-the-job training and competency evaluations for new staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university
      - Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a medical, billing, or health insurance office setting, including prior supervisory experience
      - Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
      - Demonstrated knowledge of insurance eligibility, benefits, and medical terminology
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize both manual and electronic systems
