As a Clinical Consultant you will act as a professional clinical resource for and consultant to, our Case Managers and Adjudicators, assisting them with the medical management of claims. This involves an understanding of simple and complex medical claims including psychosocial issues, rehabilitation and return to work issues. Your clinical expertise is essential in providing quality summaries of medical documentation to facilitate fitness for work and clinical impairment assessments. Another aspect of this role is to provide formal and informal presentations, on a one-to-one and on a group basis. Qualifications: BScN, or COHNC, and eligibility for registration with the CRNA. Individuals with alternative medical education, such as International Medical Graduates, may be considered. Considerable experience in a case management and/or a clinical environment dealing with disability/injury management, psychological/psychiatric issues and rehabilitation is required. Excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills are essential to interact with internal and external contacts, including medical professionals. Intermediate computer skills are required.

SALARY: $78,409 to $100,622 per annum (includes market supplement, when applicable)
