What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical, technical, and product knowledge support to customers and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate on-site installations and represent the employer during technology-enabled procedures
- Educate and train medical staff on technical matters related to technology-enabled procedures
- Act as the primary liaison for customer repair and technical support issues
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new users for technology-enabled procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience; or
- Associate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to drive approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- RT and/or MRI certification
- Prior experience with Image Guided Systems
- Operating room experience
- Preference for local qualified candidates and those with experience at the employer
