What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with a consultant team to ensure alignment and coordination among diverse stakeholders in clinical settings
- Manage moderately complex projects, including stakeholder engagement and change management activities
- Develop and implement clinical initiatives and systems, assessing performance metrics for success
- Perform data analyses to support clinical initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders while promoting continuous learning and professional development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care, Public Administration, Public Health, Statistics, Science, or a directly related field with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or project management in clinical operations or a healthcare environment, or a Master's degree with at least one (1) year of experience
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or project management in clinical operations or a healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of change management and business process improvement
- Proven ability to manage diverse relationships and assess risks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with vendor management and performance assessment
- Familiarity with healthcare industry practices, standards, and benchmarks
- Skills in negotiation and business relationship management
- Background in applied data analysis and conflict resolution
