What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff and interns
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy for assigned caseload
- Conduct intake for service recipients entering programs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Assist with discharge planning and follow-up services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in related field
- 2 years of post-licensure experience
- LISW, LCSW, LMHC, or LPCC certification/licensure
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of basic marketing techniques and program planning
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in providing clinical supervision
- Additional certifications in related areas
