Summary
The Clinical Customer Service Representative enhances service excellence at Johns Hopkins Hospital by serving as a central point of contact and communication for patients, families, visitors, and members of the healthcare team in patient care units. The CCSR also provides a broad spectrum of customer support services to medical, nursing, and administrative staff by performing a variety of unit-specific activities geared to meet unit, department, and institutional needs.
Hours: Day shift, 40 hours per week, 7:00 am -3:30 pm. Every other weekend and every other holiday.
Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent, one year of college credit preferred.
Work Experience:
Minimum of six months experience in healthcare or office setting.
Strong customer service experience in a high volume work setting (i.e. call center, guest services, reception, etc. preferred.)
