      Were seeking an outstanding, experienced clinical leader to join our team as Clinical Director, to implement our strategic objectives for our services for patients within our Birmingham Division. The role presents an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established team of dedicated professionals.

      Main duties of the job

      We are looking for a highly respected, consistent and inspirational leader who fully embodies our Charitys CARE values, you will have a great record of clinical achievement, and a strong background in relevant approaches. We expect a commitment to excellent patient care; and you will need to evidence experience of service development and quality improvement in addition to strong change management and strategy development skills.

      We are looking for a consultant psychiatrist, CCT in Forensic ideally with years of experience leading teams.

      Highly interested in quality improvement and embedding quality management system, looking for improvements in a timely and efficient manner,Interested in fostering psychological safety with the team, innovation and keeping high standards of quality.
