      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) in using the employer's Smart Paperwork Portal
      - Assist SLPs during the paperwork process through various communication methods
      - Obtain necessary paperwork, including medical records and prescriptions, in a timely manner
      - Audit completed documentation for accuracy and adherence to medical necessity guidelines
      - Maintain client records within the employer's CRM and ensure effective communication with stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or within the healthcare industry
      - Proficient in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to interpret medical documentation for insurance approval purposes
      - Highly organized with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Adobe, Microsoft Suite, HubSpot (or other CRM), and cloud-based communication tools
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
      - Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
      - Demonstrated ability to maintain professional telephone etiquette
      - Familiarity with video conferencing tools such as Zoom
