What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct training and education programs for various departments and partners
- Design, manage, and implement staff development and competency programs
- Utilize a variety of methods to present education and training programs
- Provide coaching and mentoring to learners for skill development
- Comply with corporate policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- RN/LVN/LPN in the state of residence
- 1+ years of experience using electronic health care software
- 1+ years of experience providing direct training in various settings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel up to 100% within Florida and outside of the market as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of insurance and managed care principles
- Proven self-sufficiency and ability to work with minimal direction
