      Responsibilities

      Plan and manage the development and delivery of clinical education.

      • Consult with managers and assistsdepartment to plan, coordinate and evaluate specific orientation and competency assessment programs.
      • Assist with determining clinical educational needs by participating in appropriate leadership/committee meetings and by direct communication with management.
      • Coordinate all administrative components of training activities and events.
      • Schedule course sessions and learning activities, maintains training event calendars and databases, and manages enrollment and reporting.
      • Obtain feedback from leadership and refines training accordingly.

      Requirements

      Education:

      • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
        • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
