What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and design virtual synchronous and asynchronous courses/curriculum
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create course content and refine online materials
- Teach O&P-related content to internal and external customers
- Interact with customers to provide superior service, product support, and education
- Plan and participate in local and regional industry meetings and trade shows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certificate, bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree in orthotics, prosthetics, or physical therapy
- Active clinical certification and/or state licensure
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing O&P clinician or therapist
- Experience as a classroom instructor, trainer, or provider of continuing education
- Proficiency with digital platforms, authoring tools, or learning management systems (LMS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification, bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree in education, instructional design, or a related teaching field
- Excellent writing skills, including advanced skills in grammar, spelling, punctuation, research, and outlining
- Experience with presentation platforms and design software
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel as needed (10-15%)
