Persante Health Care is a national provider of sleep and balance center management services to hospitals, physician practices and patients. Our expertise in sleep and balance related disorders is a result of the merging of four unique industry leaders that revolutionized the out-sourced delivery model of sleep, balance diagnosis, and therapeutic treatment. This comprehensive approach to serving our client’s patients in a high-quality manner has earned recognition and accreditation from The American Academy of Sleep Medicine and The National Sleep Foundation.

Persante continues to welcome new talent to our team. Explore our open positions and apply to become part of Persante’s growing family.
Essentially, this role will involve promoting new sleep diagnostic services to physicians ("get their buy-in to be proactive rather than reactive") for a prestigious, established health system with multiple facilities primarily in central Delaware. This is an exclusive, "locked-in" territory with one large healthcare system. The physicians are mandated to use the in-lab/home testing services of the hospital so it is a captured audience where the CES drives and promotes the bulk of the sleep services of the hospital, practices and independents within this established territory.
Position Overview
Generates new referral sources for healthcare diagnostic services and maintains the region’s existing referral base by assisting physicians and enhancing patient outcomes through services provided on behalf of Persante Health Care and hospital partners.
Primary duties and responsibilities include the following:
Identify and develop prospective sources of referrals, or customers, by studying region’s applicable market of physician offices, cultivating existing relationships and approaching new prospective physician offices.
