What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage large-scale hemostasis implementations as project manager and technical consultant
- Evaluate customer needs and develop configurations to support their workload and workflow
- Test and troubleshoot final system setups to ensure optimal performance
- Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
- Prepare forecasts and monthly reports as required by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology, respiratory therapy, nursing, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of five years of related experience, with clinical experience preferred
- Proven project management skills and experience highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills

- Experience in healthcare technology or clinical applications
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong customer focus and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in providing training or demonstrations
