What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level data solutions to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence
- Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory reporting and advise leaders on compliance strategies
- Identify needs for workflow and data process changes to improve care and meet government regulations
- Design predictive models and scenario analyses to support population health and quality initiatives
- Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of data governance and digital innovation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Minimum of 8 years of recent relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare delivery and quality management reporting
- Proficiency in medical/clinical data, coding (CPT and ICD), and quality performance improvement methodologies
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze statistical data and recognize anomalies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies
- Advanced technical skills for complex reporting and analysis
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in explaining technical concepts
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships in a diverse work environment
- Demonstrated initiative in providing feedback for workflow improvements
