      In this pivotal role, you will serve as a Clinical Information Specialist on a team developing specialized clinical initiatives and programs, impacting long-term goals and objectives that support the remarkable vision of Ontada.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Implements content and data according to standard policy for the following but not limited to: Medication management (commercial and investigational)

      • Clinical laboratory and radiology terminology

      • Oncologic diagnosis coding

      • Clinical orders

      • Create and maintain standard of care clinical oncology treatments to support Ontada Technology solutions.

      • Develop and implement general rules/logic for a variety of oncology-focused guidelines.

      • May act as content release coordinator for content releases

      • Monitor and process requests via multiple ticketing systems

      • Process and provide access to customers for content access

      • Support system integrations, set up data analysis processes, and provide clinical technical support.

      Minimum Requirement

      Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

      Critical Skills

      • 4+ years of experience in clinical/healthcare field

        Clinical and/or pharmacy experience required

      • Possesses familiarity with terminology such as ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC, HCPCS, and HL7 Understands the use of Clinical Information Systems for documentation of patient care delivery Collaborates with customers and other departments to support company initiatives (e.g., data migration)

      • Understanding of and capability to write requirements (operational and functional)

      • Demonstrated knowledge of computer system software components, (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Windows)

      Additional Skills

      • Able to think critically, logically, and independently

      • Attention to detail

      • Proven communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization.

      • Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills and abilities

      • Ability to maintains organized documentation and shares information with team members

      • Ability to think and act independently while adhering to general guidelines of implementation

      • Health field related certifications or degrees (CPC, CPhT, MLT, etc.) preferred

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.       Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $109,900 - $183,100
