- Work cross-functionally within CortiCare to drive the clinical implementation process for new accounts.
- Liaison with customers through in-person, phone, and web conference activities to provide ongoing customer support and engagement.
- Serve as a clinical resource to existing and potential customers.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement using direct customer feedback.
- Participate in the clinical implementation and training process for new accounts.

Position Summary:
The Clinical Integration Specialist (CIS) is responsible for working with the AVP, Clinical Integration to integrate clinical EEG services into the development of successful, sustainable business solutions for our hospital partners. The CIS will work to develop relationships with customers and comfort around the services provided.
Key Responsibilities:
TRAVEL: Up to 50 - 75% travel, including overnight travel
