- Perform specimen handling, labeling, processing, and storage according to lab protocols.
- Monitor test performance and ensure analytic accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and document quality control, calibrations, and equipment maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues when test systems fall outside acceptable parameters.
- Prepare and qualify reagents, and transcribe data into laboratory systems.
- Author and review SOPs, logs, and regulatory documentation.
- Train new team members and support the development of new clinical tests.
- Communicate patient results and collaborate across departments.
- Participate in R&D and pharma projects as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-complexity clinical laboratory testing.
- Strong background in diagnostic assay validation and laboratory operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (biology, chemistry, medical technology, etc.).
- Experience in a start-up or fast-paced diagnostic environment is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable.
- Experience with protein or molecular testing.
- Familiarity with ISO, FDA, or CE regulatory standards.
- Knowledge of Design Controls and assay development processes

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $57.70/hr.
