What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical and scientific oversight of laboratory services and ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
- Maintain current laboratory records and documentation within project management software
- Identify opportunities for customers to enhance quality testing in patient care
- Stay updated on advancements in laboratory technology and regulatory compliance standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctoral or Master's degree in a laboratory science, or Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree in a laboratory science or medical technology
- ASCP or equivalent certification preferred
- Licensing in Laboratory Science/Medical Laboratory Scientist required within the first year (when applicable)
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant clinical laboratory experience
- Strong competency with MS Office suite of products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a laboratory supervisor, manager, or technical consultant
- Project Management certifications are valued
- Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus
