Successful Candidates must have:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Biology, Medicine, Health Sciences or related field, with strong academic record
• Exposure to basic sciences/clinical research
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to adapt within a dynamic environment

The total compensation package for this position will also include incentive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and other benefits to its employees.
