      Are you a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) looking for a change or supervisor opportunity? Accurate Home Care is looking for an LSW like you to help grow our team’s depth and oversee patient care.

Our team of dedicated professionals creates a fun and memorable experience. The LSW Clinical Manager functions as a Qualified Professional/Supervising Professional to oversee the delivery of personal care assistance (PCA) services.

      What will I be doing?

      • Assist in orientation, training, and supervision of new staff
      • Oversee staff who provide patient care through scheduled home visits
      • Review care team recommendations to develop a plan of care for patients

      Qualifications


      What do I need to bring to the job?

      • Must be a Licensed Social Worker in Minnesota
      • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross, renewed at recommended frequencies
      • 1 year of supervisory experience in the home care field preferred
        • Will consider New Graduates
      • Minimum of 2 years working experience in home care
      • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and rules
      • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and liability limits
      • Fluent in the English language
      • This position requires up to 50% travel time
