- Deliver clinical care in accordance with service protocols, through both face-to-face and virtual consultations.
- Provide education and clinical support to patients, families, and carers regarding treatment plans.
- Conduct service audits and offer feedback to enhance patient care quality.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
- Monitor and report adverse events and clinical incidents in line with company policies.
- Ensure proper maintenance and management of clinical equipment and materials.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to the sharing of best practices for service improvement.

- Essential:
- Current NMC registration (Adult or Childrens Nurse).
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year of post-registration experience.
- Desirable:
- Experience with CVAD (Central Venous Access Device) or parenteral nutrition.
- Prior experience in outpatient antibiotic therapy or excess iron management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across face-to-face, virtual, and written interactions.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a solution-focused approach to patient care.
- Proficiency in IT systems and Android devices.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.

Job summary
Were looking for an NMC-registered nurse to join Inizio Engage in a field-based role supporting patients in their own homes as part of our national homecare programme. You'll play a vital role in delivering specialist treatments such as Parenteral Nutrition and OPAT therapies. Based from home and treating patients in your area, this rewarding position involves both face-to-face and virtual consultations, working closely with patients and healthcare professionals to enhance care and support positive health outcomes.
