      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct clinical quality audits for the Quality Department
      - Identify and coordinate clinical audits to determine areas for quality improvement
      - Collect data through chart extraction for the HEDIS program
      - Perform audits on outpatient medical records, hospital records, clinical lab, and pharmacy records
      - Maintain confidentiality of all collected records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in Nursing
      - Oregon Registered Nurse License
      - Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Nursing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
      - Dual RN License: Oregon and Washington
      - 1 year of experience in quality management, quality improvement, or utilization review auditing
      - Familiarity with electronic health records and data analysis
