What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct clinical quality audits for the Quality Department, identifying areas for improvement
- Collect data through chart extraction for the Healthcare Effectiveness and Data Information Set (HEDIS) program
- Review outpatient medical records, hospital records, clinical lab, and pharmacy records
- Maintain confidentiality of all collected records and promote a team-oriented approach
- Collaborate with clinic and other staff to ensure effective communication during audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Nursing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Dual RN License in Oregon and Washington
- 1 year of experience in quality management, quality improvement, or utilization review auditing
- Familiarity with electronic health records and data analysis
