What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a Clinical Nursing Lead, collaborating with internal and external teams
- Integrate infusion devices with EHR vendors for medication administration
- Assess and consult on clinical workflow in facilities
- Educate hospital clinicians on infusion device usage
- Provide customer support on ICU Medical products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 7+ years of recent RN experience in oncology, trauma, ED, or critical care
- Experience with infusion systems/safety software/EMR preferred
- Proficient in MS Office skills
- Ability to lead/participate in virtual meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous leadership role in nursing
- Experience in virtual meetings
- Knowledge of statistics and analytical skills
- Active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
