What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support patient management and specialty operations
- Perform initial and quarterly assessments, care plan review, and outcomes monitoring
- Assist with plan of treatment creation and review
- Provide patient education and adherence monitoring
- Collaborate with physicians and their staff to resolve issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active/clear license to practice in Florida as required by profession
- Two years minimum clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Excellent customer/patient service skills
- Ability to work efficiently without creating distraction or disruption to other employees
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specialty pharmacy experience preferred
- Proficiency with Power Point and Access preferred
- Active RN licensure in FL or CO
- Empathy and understanding of patient needs
- Ability to work well with various personalities and work as a team
