      Location Information

      Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our four Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, and Woodbury.

      Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury is filled with social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blend to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments.

      Responsibilities:

      The Clinical Supervisor has responsibility for administration of day-to-day services for home care clients; responds to tenant emergencies and medical concerns. Acts as a resource in interpreting nursing policies and procedures. Assigns staff to handle campus emergencies (Apartments) in the absence of administrative staff.

      Qualifications

      E ducation: Successful completion of an accredited Nursing program. Current Minnesota licensure as a Registered Nurse.

      Experience: Three to five years nursing experience required. Two to three years home health care experience including Comprehensive Home Care requirements preferred. Three years supervisory experience preferred.

      Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

        • Demonstrated working knowledge of Federal and State Home Health / Assisted Living rules and regulations; demonstrated ability to accurately interpret and communicate these rules and regulations
        • Effective time management, prioritization and problem solving skills
        • Excellent written and verbal communication
        • Working knowledge of personal computers and related software
        • Excellent interpersonal skills
        • Ability to positively manage subordinates; demonstrated integrity and good judgment of initiative
