      JOB DESCRIPTION:

      Provides clerical and administrative support in a clinical or ambulatory setting to providers and staff to facilitate the smooth operation of a medical office/research clinic. The Clinical Office Assistant may provide primary support to a group of physicians, a medical director or an administrative manager within a clinical area.

      EDUCATION:

      H.S. diploma with or equivalent college coursework in the secretarial or medical sciences preferred.

      EXPERIENCE:

      Must have experience in a clerical setting, preferably in a medical environment.
