      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) initiatives/programs
      - Analyze existing programs and services to enhance cost efficiencies and productivity
      - Create RPM strategies and business plans to improve patient outcomes
      - Provide strategic vision and operational planning for assigned unit
      - Lead an interprofessional team to achieve excellence in patient and organizational outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) or Master of Nursing (MSN)
      - Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
      - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
      - Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
      - Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
