      Req#: 282690

      The Central Refill Pharmacist is a clinical position that assists in all aspects of processing prescription refill requests. The pharmacist will function in accordance with all state and federal rules, regulations, statutes and laws. Using established guidelines and/or protocols, the pharmacist facilitates authorization of medication refills for clinic patients.

      Required Qualifications:

      • PharmD - Graduate from an accredited college of pharmacy. Or,
      • Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor level training will be considered as meeting requirements for pharmacist candidates that have a minimum of 3 years clinical pharmacy practice experience at hiring mangers discretion.
      • Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Coursework/Training - Post graduate residency.
